If you have a problem with anything that you bought from us, we would like to hear about it from you as soon as you can.
You can reach us from our contact page, by email, by webform, by phone or by letter.
If you have suggestions for improvement, or a commendation for any member of staff, we would like to know about it.
We do have customer service staff to respond, but if your problem is sufficiently important, please ask to speak to the managing director or ask for him to call you back. Our customer service ethic comes from the top of our company, and our managing director holds himself ultimately responsible for good customer service.
